Oxford – the Ramifications

Oxford just may cost me my soul mate. Emily is now convinced that royal blood flows in her veins. Touring Blenheim Palace was the catalyst; while images of flowing gowns and ornate drawing rooms danced in her head, she floated into the gift shop. Immediately she spied some enormous quill pens, two feet long and billowy. She finally settled on a royal yellow one and bought it for £4. At home, she promptly went upstairs, sat at her desk, and wrote letters home with it.

As she wrote with it later on, she looked up and said, “you do know that I would leave you for a prince, right?”
